Valter Juva(1865-1922)
Petals fly from cherry trees,
and a stream gentle them takes.
With its calm pools it the
torrent of my happiness may be.
In the summer eve, which scents and ripples,
in gold melt the waters;
in the west the day flutters
and in the east the moon shimmers.
So silent it is and serene!
And under the cascades the waters
they in a tight circle stay,
but in there are the basins.
