A TRANQUIL POND

I don't believe that the pines on the mountain,

there close to heaven, happier are

than flovers and groves in the vale

which mountain pines hardly notice.

As I do see, that the lowest in the vale

is that tranquil pond - nonetheless in it

reflects Earth and sky the best.
